Call for Abstracts

All applicants are hereby called to submit their abstracts for presentations or symposia. The abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee and may be selected for oral or poster presentation. Accepted abstracts will be published online. Publication of each abstract is conditional upon payment of the registration fee. Submitted abstracts will not be edited in any way. Thus typographic and grammatical errors that appear in a submitted abstract will still appear in the printed abstract.

Guidelines for the Preparation of Abstracts

• Please choose a title that clearly indicates the content of the contribution. Please avoid abbreviations in the title (abbreviations may be used in the text if they are defined when used first).
• To provide maximum information in the abstract, please state the specific objective of your study and the methods used, if applicable. Please summarize the obtained results and state the reached conclusions.
• Before you start submitting your abstract please consider the Topic List and decide on the category that best describes your contribution. In the process of submitting your abstract you will then be asked to indicate at least one of those categories for your submission.
• For the abstract length a maximum of 2000 characters is allowed.
• Please ensure that the abstract does not contain spelling, grammar or scientific errors, as it will be reproduced exactly as submitted.

Notification of acceptance or rejection by the Scientific Committee will be mailed to the presenting author. Detailed information about program, guidelines, and recommendations for oral or poster presentation, as well as time allotment, date, hour, and venue will be posted on the website in due time.
