Paper Sessions

Each paper session (including symposia) is limited to 90 min. Each presentation slot is thus scheduled to last between 18-22 minutes including 5 minutes for questions, depending on the number of speakers. • RN04(40)
  • RN08(50)

Equipment: All rooms are equipped with a computer (Windows) and a video projector.

The following extra devices can be provided upon request: overhead projector and video equipment. Please let us know by e-mail no later than July 31 if you plan to use any of these devices.

Authors working with PowerPoint are kindly requested to bring their USB stick containing their material to the assigned room 10 minutes prior to the beginning of their session.

We will not provide laser pointers.
